A Special Request

Whatever it is you do: pray, think positively, cross your fingers, send positive waves, etc., please do so for Heather. Heather is related to Jodi through her in-laws' in-laws' in-laws. Okay so it isn't quite that complicated. Anyway, she recently received news that she may have melanoma cancer and it may have spread into at least one nymph node. She's my age and is a wonderful mother to a 2 1/2 year old boy and a 6 month old girl. I can't imagine going through that kind of scare at any age, but it seems especially hard at our age and with two small children. I met Heather at the March For Babies in April, and from her blog I can tell she is a fun-loving and wonderful person. Please keep her and her family in your thoughts. Hopefully the biopsy will come back negative and Heather can heave a huge sigh of relief.
